What does my communication with Rafter look like during my client’s membership?

We are happy to stay as connected with you as is helpful to you and your client! At a minimum, we would like to do a prep meeting to learn more about your client and their new home, along with a check-in 3 to 4 months after move-in.

Is Rafter licensed and insured?

Yes, Rafter holds a Westchester County Home Improvement License (Lic: WC-37874-H24) and is fully insured.

Does Rafter work with existing home service providers?

Yes! Our goal is complement what’s already working for the home and help fill in the gaps, where needed. If a buyer loves their providers, we're excited make the experience with them even better.
